About Smokin' Pines
Small studio.
Big worlds.
Smokin' Pines Media is an independent Mississippi media company creating original stories, worlds, and interactive experiences.
Who We Are
Independent
by design.
Smokin' Pines Media was built to develop original properties without losing the personality that made them worth creating in the first place.
Our work begins with story and worldbuilding, then grows into the medium that best serves it—from publishing and graphic novels to games and interactive experiences.
We believe a small independent studio can build ambitious worlds while remaining deliberate, personal, and close to the people who help bring them to life.
What We Make
Stories first.
Medium second.
01
Publishing
Original fiction and graphic storytelling built around distinctive characters and carefully developed worlds.
02
Games
Interactive experiences that allow our worlds to become places audiences can explore for themselves.
03
Original IP
Characters, settings, and stories developed as lasting properties capable of growing across multiple formats.
Mississippi
Made in the South.
Looking beyond it.
Smokin' Pines Media is rooted in Mississippi. The landscapes, atmosphere, folklore, and character of the South influence our creative identity without defining the limits of the worlds we build.
